F-57NC Fluoropolymer release available in aerosol or bulk liquid packaging. Can be easily polished to a high gloss. May be used on top of ICN-100. Offers multiple release from a single application.
XTEND™ semi permanent - solvent based
19SAM Reactive resin solution cures to provide a long lasting, high slip release film suitable for metal or epoxy tools. Apply at ambient temperature.
19HAM Same as 19SAM, but for application to hot tools (180 F/ 85 C or higher).
EXTERNAL MOLD RELEASES - Rotomolding
XTEND™ semi permanent - water based
W-4002 A reactive resin solution which cures to a durable release film, offering multiple releases from a single application. Best applied to hot molds 180 F / 80 C or higher or heat cured after application. May be used at temperatures up to 1000 F/537 C.
XTEND™ semi permanent - solvent based
20RP Long lasting release for use at temperatures up to 700 F/ 371 C.
