MoldWiz internal lubricants are incorporated directly into the melamine, phenolic, or urea resin. There are specific types for aqueous and
non-aqueous resin systems. They contribute to improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate and function as release agents allowing the
laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plates without leaving any residue. MoldWiz
internal lubricants contain no silicone, no wax, and no metallic stearates. They will not
interfere with adhesion properties between laminates. |

For best results, laboratory tests or pre-production trials should determine
the optimum addition level. MoldWiz internal lubricants are effective within a range of 1 to 10
parts per 1000 resin based on solids of internal to solids of resin.
All Axel products are formulated from raw materials that comply with chemical substance inventory lists of TSCA, DSL, MITI, EINECS, Australia, and Korea. |
